PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute HR Strategy
  • Oversee and provide precise execution of all Human Resources initiatives, acting as a catalyst of change when appropriate.
  • Lead overall HR service delivery, shaping a culture that supports Nestlé’s goals.
  • Provide expert counsel to Leadership on people management, development, and investigations.
  • Strategize and coordinate workforce planning for the site.
  • Ensure effective working relationships among managers and employees.
  • Proactively review HR/business trends to assess potential impact on employee relations, wage/benefit issues, and address accordingly.
  • Review employee/personnel trends to assess impact on morale and potential issues, utilizing Nestlé Continuous Excellence principles.
Employee/Labor Relations
  • Assess and support compliance with Corporate, Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, and act as a liaison between employee relation teams and unions where applicable.
Performance Management & Learning
  • Provide coaching and development to site leaders, employees, and HR direct reports.
  • Ensure an open, empowering, fair, and equitable culture, analyzing Human Resources scorecard data, survey results, and workforce management data.
  • Utilize performance, talent, and organizational planning systems to drive company goals through objective setting, performance calibration, and talent development.
Compliance
  • Support a holistic safety focus by driving people-related safety goals and initiatives.
Recruitment
  • Develop the HR strategy to attract, retain, and develop employees, supporting short- and long-term business goals.
EDUCATION
  • BS/BA Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.
  • Master’s Degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology.
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • 5+ years as both HR Manager and/or HR Generalist in a production facility or distribution center.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, investigation skills, and HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCES
  • Labor negotiations and union experience, handling mediation, arbitration, and grievance processes.
  • Ability to strategically impact culture through talent management and coaching, focusing on risk mitigation, engagement, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management during acquisitions or start‑up initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and effective integration.
  • Experience leading and managing a diverse HR team, fostering inclusion while driving team performance and organizational HR objectives.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Approximate pay range: $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation may vary based on skills and location.
