Laundry Aide Part Time

We are looking for someone to work early AM shift 6:30am-7am start every other weekend and a few days a week. Close interaction with nursing home residents, customer service, picking up laundry, washing/drying and returning to resident closets. Also pushing/pulling large carts of dirty and clean linens.

• As a Laundry Aide you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our residents’ linen and clothing.
• Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Schaumburg by ensuring an adequate supply of facility linen is available and by sorting, washing, drying, labeling, and delivering resident clothing and facility linen.
• Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
