Compensation: $20-$24
📅 Initial Schedule (18 Hours/Week)This schedule is set to start, with potential for more hours and schedule growth as the caseload expands.
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday
Wednesday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

As an RBT, you will work one‑on‑one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the BCBA, client's family, and team members.
- Attend required supervision and team meetings.
- Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel between Lake Zurich and Carpentersville.
- Punctuality, excellent time management, and professional demeanor are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).
