Pay: $20-$24 per hour

This RBT role is part-time, located in Schaumburg, IL, in-person. The base pay range is $20.00/hr–$24.00/hr salary will be based on your skills and experience.

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).
