• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for institutional clients
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for the professional development of field colleagues related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects on relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) plans, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's Degree required

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Experience with M&A due diligence and regulatory corrections
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
