As you build your financial planning practice, you bring together the right insurance and investment strategies for clients to guide them every step of the way. Learn About The Career:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor and support system, understanding clients goals and visions to help them achieve financial security for themselves and families
- Build strong relationships and expand your clientele in different communities with the support of our team, coaches, mentors, and industry-leading training and resources
- Advocate for your clients by educating on financial literacy including the importance of saving, investing and risk management
- 4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambitions
- Passion for working within your community and making local impacts
- Prior financial services experience not needed
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Coaching Field (business, fitness, wellness, education)
- Communication + Community Influencers Field (client facing, recruitment, etc.)

This is primarily commission based but also includes stipends and bonuses. It allows you to control what you want to earn and how quickly you grow in your career. In the first year as a Financial Representative, our reps make an average of $85,000-$125,000 in their first year and there is potential for much more.
