As a Systems Engineer 2, you will:

• Join our elite Professional Services team as a Professional Services Architect (‘PSA’);
• Commute to our client sites throughout the Chicagoland area and travel to other states;
• Work cross-functionally between technology and the rest of our clients? business enterprises to architect and implement large scale solutions;
• Perform IT audits and assessments for both existing and potential clients;
• Continually upgrade your skills and earn certifications to keep current with the latest technology; and
• Implement Prescient Solutions? best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the clients? requirements and ensure implementation meets those requirements;
• Drive installation and configuration activities;
• Work closely with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues;
• Mentor junior team members; and
• Prepare operational and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and cloud;
• Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently;
• Able to take ownership of and follow through with assigned projects;
• Willing to commute to client sites throughout the Chicagoland area and travel to other states; and
• Authorized to work for an employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
