Job DescriptionThe Customer Care Representative is a critical link between home buyers and trade partners to conduct final orientations, diagnose, schedule and complete warranty service work. The role maintains positive homeowner relations, coordinates repair work, and ensures satisfaction with the services provided.
Your Responsibilities on the Team- Schedule and oversee repairs, ensuring completion within specified time frames.
- Maintain service request logs and documentation of all work performed.
- Evaluate performance of trade partners and materials, reporting back to management.
- Participate in department meetings and emergency on‑call rotation schedules.
- High school diploma or GED;
Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities or job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function. Some office work may require bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, or carrying office materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Ability to drive a vehicle.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base compensation offered for this position is expected to range from $19.15 to $34 per hour, subject to adjustment based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions and is eligible for benefits described in company policy.
