We are seeking dynamic individuals to assist with the setup and breakdown of audio/visual equipment, lighting, drape, and décor for weddings, corporate events, and special events throughout Chicagoland. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands‑on work, this role might be perfect for you!

• Load and unload trucks and vans with event equipment and props.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
• Set up, install, and place equipment, props, and décor at event venues.
• Work comfortably at heights and use ladders safely.
• Travel to event locations across the Chicago area and to our Schaumburg office.

• Dependability and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Problem‑solving skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Physical stamina for hands‑on tasks.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
