This is an in‑person internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in an office setting! The Customer Service Intern will support the onboarding of new customers, gaining hands‑on experience in project and process management within a customer‑centric organization, along with improving the accuracy of our data, helping to identify lost or missing sales opportunities and drive customer compliance activities. This role offers exposure to real‑world business operations, customer engagement, and data‑driven decision‑making while developing essential project‑management and analytical skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Maintain and update account information in Salesforce and SAP
- Support sales recovery by documenting, investigating and reconciling unreported sales
- Review and update customer information from GPO Rosters, identify and flag accounts that are no longer on the roster that may need to be moved to other programs
- Audit, identify and close outdated cases in Salesforce.
- Current college undergrad majoring in communications or business‑related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Technical Aptitude
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to customer service that will help prepare you for your career. You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.
This is a PAID internship. Interns will work a 40‑hour work‑week at $18/hour.
