Role OverviewRely Services is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm founded in 1997, serving clients across finance, healthcare, insurance, and public sector domains. We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales – BPO to drive mid-market revenue growth through outbound sales, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and strategic account expansion.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with strong BPO experience who can consistently close high-value deals while laying the foundation for a scalable sales organization.
Responsibilities- Own and drive outbound sales efforts targeting mid-market BPO clients through research-driven, multi-channel prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle for deals ranging from $500K to $5M, from initial outreach through contract closure.
- Deliver annual new-business revenue of $3–5M through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with company growth objectives and target industries.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers across finance, healthcare, and insurance sectors.
- Prepare, manage, and submit RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking within the CRM, following standardized sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, offerings, and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging BPO trends to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Represent Rely Services at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings as required.
- Mentor junior sales resources as the team scales, contributing to hiring and coaching efforts over time.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in BPO, outsourcing, or services-based sales with a strong outbound focus.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals of $500K+ and consistently achieving $3–5M annual revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience selling BPO / call center / outsourcing services to mid-market clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pipeline management, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
