As a Client Review Expert for the Americas region, you’ll play a critical role in executing Property & Casualty (P&C) Re Client Audit activities, working with both local and global teams to maintain high standards of operational excellence. Aboutthe Role
As a Senior Client Review Expert, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and other Client Review Experts to identify opportunities, analyse data, and offer actionable insights.
Your Impact :
- Conduct detailed operational audits that evaluate client processes, data accuracy, and system reliability, identifying key insights to improve client practices and support compliance with P&C Re standards.
- Ensure that reinsurance cessions are accurate as per the terms and conditions of the treaty. This involves verifying that all cession data aligns with the agreed-upon terms and conditions, and collaborate with cedents to resolve any discrepancies in cession data.
- Analyse complex data sets to uncover trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations for clients to drive process improvements and maintain data integrity.
- Engage with Americas regional teams, as well as cross-functional and global teams, to maintain alignment with the P&C Re Client Audit Strategy.
- Prepare clear, impactful reports and insights from client reviews to guide strategic decision-making and foster stronger client relationships.
- Contribute to the enhancement of client review methodologies and tools by identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities that support the P&C Re Client Audit Strategy.
- Ensure all client audits adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
The Client Review team, within In-Force Management (P&C Re Operations) is a global team of 16 experts who are responsible for the overall P&C Re Client Audit activities and the execution of Operational Client Reviews. The Client Review team is a diverse and dynamic team that values professionalism, collaboration, and excellence. The Client Review team works across regions and functions and has a strong impact on the quality and performance of the P&C Re business.

You bring excellent communication skills with ability to articulate insights effectively and engage in meaningful dialogue with clients and internal stakeholders, while building and managing positive client relationships. You have natural ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-regional environment, with flexibility to travel and collaborate across the Americas region as needed.
Additional requirements include :
- Possesses an academic background with a university degree or equivalent, complemented by a robust understanding of business and financial concepts.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance contracts and general reinsurance principles.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, process assessment, and the ability to interpret and report complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple reviews or projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Our company uses a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the option to work onsite full-time if preferred.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $136,000 to $216,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
