Overview

Senior Business Analyst
, you’ll lead or provide support to customer startup projects and demand requests, deploying software solutions and operational processes for NFI customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develops a full understanding of the customer’s business, challenges, and requirements
  • Confers with customers/end-users on the solution objectives, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Develops the project plan, determining the key milestones, tasks, time frame and resources required to deliver a total solution to the client
  • Directs and coordinates activities of internal and external resources to ensure the project progresses on schedule, within budget, and within prescribed standards
  • Collaborates with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, effectively delivering a complete solution to the customer
  • Identifies, documents, and communicates risks, issues, and overall implementation status to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Tracks, follows-up on, and supports all requests through to completion, advising all involved parties with a request is complete
  • Seeks to identify improvement opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communication, implementing such improvements whenever possible
  • Understands and follows internal implementation processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding problem solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively coach and influence others without direct supervision
  • Ability and desire to mentor junior team members
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughly

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Understands and makes well-reasoned decisions and tradeoffs within their area of expertise.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of industry trends and regularly seeks external expertise to accelerate their learning.
  • Clarifies success metrics and ties efforts toward delivering business value.
  • Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
  • An understanding of impact and success metrics helps to focus their efforts, as well as those of their function.
Compensation & Benefits

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $89,336.00 - $, based on the national average for the position. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
