Overview

The Digital Product Manager, Interoperability Interface Solutions, is the owner of all facets of their product and must be adept at working across all phases of product management as both a leader and performer. This person is entrepreneurial, turning ambiguous products into well-run operations that create value for customers and the company. The role covers digital facets from marketing to sales, onboarding to authentication and service, and back-office process digitization, at various points.

The position helps define the product management function and elevate Quest to best in class, with the ability to dive into details and craft stories for executive and customer presentations. This position is hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) and can be based in Schaumburg, IL;
Secaucus, NJ;
Lenexa, KS; or Dallas, TX.

Pay Range: $125 - $145 per year

Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, with market and organizational factors also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic and delivery leader for core interoperability orders and results solutions, including supporting analysis, implementation, self-service, and automation tools.
  • Set vision and develop strategy; define and deliver optimized client and partner experiences throughout the orders and results interface journey.
  • Deliver high-quality HL7 and FHIR interfaces for core orders and results, inbound and outbound.
  • Partner on new test products, specialized integration solutions, new EHR certification and validations, focusing on simplified integrations, reduced effort, and faster time to market.
  • Collaborate with the Business to confirm customer needs, align on scope, manage a roadmap and related financials, and consistently prioritize product development.
  • Regularly collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer, industry trends, disruptors, and competition.
  • Maintain comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities, and initiatives.
  • Understand Quest clients through stakeholder research, customer feedback, benchmarking, and journey mapping to inform attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Translate vision into product roadmap and delivery; evangelize solutions to teams and partners.
  • Accountable for results of the digital products assigned; assess long-term viability of features aligned to business outcomes and competitive position.
  • Provide input on business plans, marketing programs, and sales effectiveness to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Own end-to-end digital and data journeys; work with Design to inform user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, journeys, personas, data journeys and content.
  • Collaborate with partners on business cases and manage product digital and related data life cycles/journeys.
  • Promote an environment of collaboration, initiative, continuous improvement, learning, and innovative solutions.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Required

Work Experience:

  • 8+ years of Healthcare Interoperability experience
  • 3+ years focusing on client implementations
  • 3+ years focusing on HL7 lab orders and results interfaces

Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Experience with FHIR orders and results interfaces
  • Experience with data exchange via orders and results interfaces
