What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to win new business.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- 5+years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry (light industrial preferred).
- A strong hunter mentality and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
