We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and execution in the manufacturing and packaging sector. This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in the manufacturing and packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, B2B sales strategies, and channel management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
