Business Execution Lead
We’re seeking a Business Execution Lead to work closely with our client’s agency leadership in supporting strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll ensure priorities are clear, projects stay on track, and key information is effectively communicated across teams. You’ll play a central role in translating strategy into action, tracking progress, and providing insights to leadership.
Position Overview: As the Business Execution Lead, you will partner with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and support strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing key business routines, overseeing headcount reporting, supporting onboarding and contract processes, and maintaining smooth coordination across teams—all while promoting an organized, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Location: (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote) – Irving, TX / New York, New York.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with agency leadership to support strategic planning, priority setting, and team alignment around business goals.
- Provide thought leadership in solving complex organizational problems and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Develop highly visual presentations that translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear stories for senior leadership.
- Drive the content, cadence, and logistics of key agency routines, including all-hands calls, town halls, ad hoc events, and new initiatives to foster team connectivity.
- Lead people management support, including headcount reporting, onboarding for new hires, and contract renewals.
- Maintain operational clarity across initiatives, ensuring teams understand priorities and next steps.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership, helping to anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or operations roles; consulting or agency experience preferred.
- Strong presentation skills—able to craft data-driven stories that influence senior leadership decisions.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively across organizational levels.
- Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Analytical, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments; self-starter and continuous learner.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to setbacks while maintaining momentum.
- Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
