Service Advisor

Overview

Experienced Automotive Service Advisor. We are searching for an automotive service advisor with experience in an independent auto repair shop that can provide AMAZING customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos.

• The primary job of this position is professionally presenting and selling the recommended services and repairs to customers.
• Contribute to a shop environment focused on culture and teamwork to support customer service excellence.

• Applicants must have a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow.
• You must be great with customers, motivated, and honest.
• The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians is key to being successful.
