Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their collaborative and growing finance team. The Entry-Level Accountant will support the corporate accounting team and play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations. This Entry-Level Accountant position offers strong visibility within the accounting team and the opportunity to grow as the company expands.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations including prepaids, accruals, and payroll accounts

• Assist with preparation of financial statements

• Support fixed asset and construction-in-progress accounting

• Assist with expense reporting and cash reconciliations

• Partner with auditors during the annual audit process

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 0–2 years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and ERP exposure preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
