Accounting Manager- CB

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues.
• Perform daily reconciliations for cash, checks, and credit card transactions, tally and file invoices.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with financial and tax audits and general ledger prep.
• Prepare corporate reports and complete end-of-month close procedures.
• Review and reconcile bank statements; make necessary journal entries.
• Create monthly financial statements, including cash flow and profit and loss statements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (required).
• At least 5 years of accounting experience (required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
