• Own and support the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes with recommended solutions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives

• Assist with audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and leadership

• Participate in ERP/system upgrades and continuous improvement projects

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Strong month-end close and general ledger background

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system exposure

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset
