- Gerichte für à la carte, Tagesmenus und Bankette kochen und anrichten
- Einen Posten selbständig führen
- Lager bewirtschaften
- Die hohen Qualitätsstandards einhalten
- HACCP-Hygienekonzept umsetzen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Koch oder abgeschlossene Kochlehre
- Fundierte Fach- und Produktekenntnisse, vorzugsweise der italienischen Küche
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Teamfähig, ausdauernd und belastbar
- Effiziente und flexible Persönlichkeit
- Saubere Arbeitsweise
