Compliance Specialist Shopfloor – GMP Pharma​/Biotech

A global pharmaceutical company is strengthening its shopfloor Compliance team at its Schaffhausen site, as part of a major investment programme encompassing EU Annex 1 GMP upgrade, a greenfield project and the revamping of production infrastructure.

• Provide on-the-floor quality presence within production areas
• Verify GMP compliance of practices in real time on production lines
• Coach and support operators in adherence to procedures and good manufacturing practices
• Investigate shopfloor deviations and drive corrective actions
• Participate in quality reviews, walkthroughs and internal audits
• Contribute to the Annex 1 compliance programme in production zones
• Work closely with Production, QA and Engineering teams

• Scientific degree (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, engineering)
• Proven experience (5+ years) in shopfloor quality / compliance in a GMP pharma or biotech environment
• Strong knowledge of EU Annex 1 requirements and their practical application on the shop floor
• Hands‑on profile: comfortable working directly in production areas, not only behind a desk
• Fluent German (B2 minimum) – mandatory for this position

• Autonomous, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills
