IT Analyst - Manufacturing & LABS

We are looking for an IT Analyst to strengthen our consultants team in Schaffhausen. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, maintenance and optimization of the underlying infrastructure for a critical manufacturing and lab applications.

• System configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate closely with local and global cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive continuous improvement for process and systems.
• Participate in cross-functional support and troubleshooting efforts to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and problems.
• Facilitate efficient communication between local and global support groups.
• Participate as voice of IT with the business during project and change implementation, including user access management, configuration changes, and coordination for the integration of OT equipment.
• Create, update and maintain IT-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, EHS, SOX).
• Participate in local on-call service as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years professional IT infrastructure experience with Microsoft operating systems and database management (Microsoft SQL Server) is required.
• Experience with MES systems in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in cloud systems (AWS / Azure).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
• Highly reliable and self-motivated
• Good communication skills in both German and English (oral and written).
• Team player with a willingness to work cross-functionally.
