- Du bist für die Personaladministration des gesamten HR-Lifecycle verantwortlich (vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt inkl. Erstellen von Zeugnissen, Vereinbarungen, Überwachung von Bewilligungen etc.)
- Zudem bearbeitest du Kandidaten im Bewerbermanagement System (dazu gehört die Erstellung von Jobinseraten, Vorselektion, Korrespondenz und Führen von Interviews)
- Ebenso fällt die administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Personalbereichsleiterinnen in deinen Aufgaben bereich
- Ausserdem beantwortest du schriftliche, telefonische und teilweise auch persönliche Anfragen vor Ort
