** A Day in the Life
** This role will cover multiple key financial processes including Statutory and Corporate Income Tax reporting and Audit coordination and is a hybrid role, located in Neuhausen am Rheinfall in the canton of Schaffhausen.
** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
*** Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports.
* Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying financial notes.
* Leverage data analytics tools to automate workflows, optimize reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate or contribute to complex accounting projects and initiatives across various functions.
** Required Knowledge and

Experience:

*** A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audits.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards (e.g., US GAAP, Swiss GAAP)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI etc.
* Proven ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support audits and tax compliance.
* A continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
