Process Engineer; Automation

In der vakanten Position unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Prozess- und Projektengineering. Sie planen und führen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung neuer Prozesse, Geräte und Systeme durch. Dies beinhaltet die Evaluierung aktueller und neuer Technologien und Produktionsprozesse, die Bewertung der Prozesskosten, der Qualität und der Prozessfähigkeit sowie die Durchführung der Qualifizierung, Validierung und Optimierung der Prozesse. Zur Prozesscharakterisierung und etwaigen Problemlösungen verwenden Sie die geeigneten Werkzeuge und schaffen Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

• Projektmanagement von technischen Investitionsprojekten
• Erstellung von Benutzeranforderungen, Funktionsspezifikationen und Risikoanalyse (FMEA)
• Bewertung, Beschaffung, Qualifizierung, Validierung und Implementierung von Geräten
• Optimierung der Produktionslinien (Gesamtanlageneffizienz)
• Festlegung der Wartungsstrategie für die Beschaffung neuer Geräte einschließlich Kalibrierungen
• Ursachen- und Schwachstellenanalysen / CAPA und nachfolgende Verbesserungsprojekte
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Einführung möglicher neuer Technologien
• Verwalten des Benutzerzugriffs auf Geräte
• Pflegen der Gerätedokumentation und Produktspezifikationsmanagement
• SME für Qualifizierung und Validierung (Live-Cycle-Management)
• Schnittstelle zu anderen Maintenance, Facility, Qualität und Produktion
• Betreuung unseres Automationsnetzwerkes mit dem externen Dienstleister zusammen
• Zuständig für die Kamerasysteme (Bilderkennung und Verarbeitung)
• Zuständig für das Labeling/Printing (Datenausgabe und Verarbeitung)
• Zuständig für jährlichen Backups an den Anlagen (SPS) inkl. Verwaltung
• 2nd level support bei Störungen an den Anlagen

• Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Automation
• Weiterbildung auf HF oder FH Stufe
• Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik
• Deutsch und Englisch mündliche und schriftlich
• Projektmanagement
• Stark vernetzte Denkweise
• Pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit
