Unsere Neuentwicklung ‘Labasys® Process Scope’ ermöglicht erstmals das direkte Einsehen in laufende Prozesse und Anlagen bei hohen Drücken, Temperaturen und Explosionsschutz‑Anforderungen. Sie suchen: Eine vielfältige Tätigkeit in einem kleinen Team, in der Sie Ihr fundiertes bzw. breites technisches Know‑how bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Messsysteme optimal einsetzen und kompetent einbringen können. Sie arbeiten gern selbständig und verantwortungsvoll und haben ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Aufgaben:

• Weiterentwicklung unserer Messsysteme als Konstrukteur und Projektmitarbeiter (Mechanik, Optik, Elektronik, Datenerfassung & Analyse)
• Durchführen von Versuchs- und Kalibrationsmessungen
• Durchführen von Quality Assurance and Control
• Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme und Wartungsdienstleistungen in den Anlagen unserer Kunden

Ausbildung / Kenntnisse:

• Bachelor oder Master of Science (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) FH (Ing. FH, HTL) Richtung Maschinenbau (z. B. Maschinen‑, Verfahrens‑, Systemtechnik, Elektronik) oder vergleichbar
• Vorgängige Berufslehre als Polymechaniker ideal
• Erfahrungen in Optik (Faseroptik, Laserdioden) und Elektronik von Vorteil
• Interesse an IT und Bildanalyse, mit speziellem Fokus auf Deep‑Learning/KI

Anforderungen:

• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft & Flexibilität
• Genaues und selbständiges Denken und Arbeiten
• Gute PC‑/EDV‑Kenntnisse (MS‑Windows)
• PW‑Führerschein

Arbeitsort: Rheinweg 1b, 8200 Schaffhausen (ca. 5 min vom BHf. SH und ca. 40 min vom BHf. ZH; bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden)

Assignments:

• Further development of our measuring systems as a designer and project worker (mechanics, optics, electronics, data acquisition & analysis)
• Performing test and calibration measurements
• Performing Quality Assurance and Control
• Support for commissioning and maintenance services at customers sites

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master of Science (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) FH (Ing. FH, HTL) in mechanical engineering (e.g. process, system, electrical engineering) or comparable
• Previous apprenticeship as a polymechanic ideal
• Experience in optics (fiber optics, laser diodes) and electronics is an advantage
• Interest in IT and image analysis, with a special focus on deep learning/AI

Requirements:

• High reliability, motivation & flexibility
• Precise and independent thinking and working
• Good PC / EDP knowledge (MS‑Windows)
• Driving license

Place of Work: Rheinweg 1b, 8200 Schaffhausen (5 min from the SH station and ca. 40 min from the ZH station, a parking space can be provided if required)
