Schedule:

Monday through Friday with rotating weekend shifts

Hours:

Weekday shifts vary between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend rotation required from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

What You Will Do

* Provide clinical support to providers in a busy pediatric practice

* Perform phlebotomy, lab tests, and specimen handling

* Support patient care activities including vitals, triage, and clinical preparation

* Record and update electronic medical records using eClinical Works

* Assist children and families with comfort, clarity, and compassion

* Manage tasks in a fast moving environment with professionalism and accuracy

* Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

What You Bring

* Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

* At least one year of pediatric experience

* Phlebotomy and lab experience

* Experience using eClinical

Works or similar EMR systems

* Ability to work effectively in high volume settings

* Strong bedside manner and a compassionate attitude

* Ability to remain calm, communicative, and patient focused under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with triage

* Additional clinical support experience in pediatrics or family medicine

* Strong patient communication and parent engagement skills

Work Environment

This is a very busy pediatric office that sees approximately 150 patients per day. Shifts vary throughout the week, and weekend mornings are part of a rotating schedule. The pace is fast, the work is meaningful, and the team is committed to delivering excellent care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
