• Aged 17+ at application (18 by appointment).
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full, valid manual EU/UK driving licence (held for at least 6 months).
• Ability to pass vetting, fitness, and medical standards.
