Independent Practice | 4-Day Week | No OOH| Up to £80,000 DOE

Join our expanding small animal practice on the stunning Yorkshire coast and take the next step in your veterinary leadership career.

We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon who is confident both clinically and as a leader. You will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring the team, and supporting the continued growth of our independent practice.

• Clinical leadership in an independent practice
• Opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a supportive veterinary team
• Maintain high clinical standards while contributing to practice strategy
• Modern diagnostics including IDEXX, InVue, Sedi Vue, Adaptix 3D imaging, digital X-ray, ultrasound & dentistry
• 4-day week (between 8am–6pm)
• Share of Saturday mornings (9am–1pm)
• No OOH
• Salary up to £80,000 DOE

• Proven experience as a Veterinary Surgeon in small animal practice
• Demonstrable leadership or senior/management experience
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about clinical excellence and team development
