This position is for our Extendicare Scarborough Home, located in Scarborough, Ontario
.

Available opportunities include: 1 Casual Position

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN)
