Position: Production Test Tech (2nd Shift)

PFC Flexible Circuits, a division of OSI Electronics,
is seeking a permanent full time Production Test Technician for the
afternoon shift (3:30pm - 12:00 am).

Responsibilities
  • Operate various test equipment and tools to perform electrical and/or functional testing on company products in accordance with test procedures and work instructions.
  • Determine if product passes all test requirements and set parts aside for verification as indicated by test equipment.
  • Perform verification on failed parts using various equipment (multimeter, scope etc.).
  • Collect and maintain test data to fill corresponding sections in production documentation and electrical test certificate.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent desired.
  • Electrical/electronic testing experience desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform highly repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to perform data collection and keep accurate records consistently.
  • Ability to multitask with minimal of supervision.
  • Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
