Are you a Design Technician looking to take ownership of bespoke building designs from concept through to completion?

This company delivers bespoke, turnkey solutions from foundations through to superstructure. With strong repeat business, newly awarded frameworks and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a Design Technician to support their continued expansion.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in developing client briefs into practical, compliant design solutions, liaising with manufacturers and subcontractors, and supporting projects from initial concept through to delivery.

This role would ideally suit a Design Technician with strong CAD skills and foundations knowledge, who is confident in a client-facing capacity and ready to grow within an ambitious and expanding business.

The Role:

Develop client briefs into working design solutions
Produce drawings from foundations through to superstructure
Liaise with manufacturers and subcontractors throughout project development

The Person :

Building design experience
AutoCAD experience
Knowledge of Building Regulations (Education/Healthcare guidance desirable)
Confident communicator with client-facing ability
