We are looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to support a mainstream school in Scarborough. You will help pupils engage in learning, assist with daily routines and work alongside the class teacher to maintain a positive environment for all children.

• Provide small‑group and whole‑class support as directed by the teacher.
• Assist with phonics, reading and basic intervention activities.
• Encourage pupil independence, confidence and participation.
• Help with classroom organisation, preparation and routines.
• Support a calm, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.

• Access to 25 accredited CPD courses.
• Weekly pay with referral and loyalty bonuses.
• Opportunities across 120 schools and provisions.
• Clear progression routes into SEN, behaviour or HLTA pathways.
• Ongoing guidance from a dedicated consultant.
