ASAP Pay: £28.54 per hour ( Umbrella ) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a national 5
* house builder on a new build residential development in Scarborough. This role will require someone confident in running a site independently, managing trades and overseeing plots prior to NHBC inspections. Please note this role requires proven experience running new build housing sites and managing trades on site. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience working on new build housing developments At least 1 year experience operating as a Site Manager on site Black CSCS Card NHBC experience - you will be signing off plots prior to inspection Experience managing trades and site programmes Strong understanding of site Health & Safety procedures Responsibilities
