🔧What You’ll Do:
- Preventive Maintenance (40%): Own the schedule using Limble software.
- Reactive Maintenance (20%): Troubleshoot and repair issues on the fly.
- Chemical Wastewater Treatment (40%): A critical part of this role—ensuring environmental compliance and safety.
- Technical Duties: Create CAD drawings and handle off‑site procurement.
- Electrical: 1‑3 years of experience.
- Plumbing: 1‑3 years of experience.
- Mechanical: 1‑2 years of pump rebuilds or repairs.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with maintenance tracking software (like Limble) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Safety First: Familiarity with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and ability to work in varying environments (hot/cold/confined spaces).
- Education: High School Diploma required; 2‑year degree or trade certificate (Electrical, Machining, Welding, HVAC, Plumbing) preferred.
