Key Responsibilities:
- MANDATORY: chemical wastewater treatment processes (40%), ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate off-site tasks, such as sourcing materials from Home Depot or working with machine shops.
- Track and manage work orders using maintenance software (Limble).
- Create small blueprints/drawings using CAD software for maintenance projects.
- Perform planned (40%) and unplanned (20%) preventive maintenance on facility systems.
- Adhere to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) processes in hazardous or hot work environments.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance tracking software (e.g., Limble).
- 1-2 years of experience in pump rebuilds/repairs or industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work safely in hot or hazardous environments.
- Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Welding, or Machining) preferred.
