You'll work a steady Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 7:30 AM and finishing between 4:00 and 5:00 PM
, giving you evenings and weekends to relax. Occasional overtime is available during peak seasons, offering you even more earning potential.

• Troubleshooting and repairing traditional HVAC systems
• Working with ductless heat pumps
• Handling electrical components related to HVAC installations and service
• Installing brand-new systems or diagnosing issues with existing ones
• Collaborating closely with experienced technicians for guidance and on-the-job training

• HVACR/Electrician Technology Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent apprenticeship experience
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to take responsibility for your work and perform tasks with integrity and reliability
