Maine Veterans’ Homes is seeking an experienced and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily clinical operations of the unit while ensuring high‑quality care for the Veterans, spouses, and Gold Star Parents we proudly serve.

This Monday–Friday day shift position offers a great opportunity for an RN who is looking to grow their leadership skills while maintaining a consistent schedule.

The RN Charge works collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to support staff, coordinate clinical care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role provides guidance and leadership to nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment and a resident‑centered approach to care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine (required)
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
• Basic computer skills
