Job Title: Student Activities Bookkeeper 2025-26

Qualifications- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in accounting
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Proficiency with financial software required; experience with Quick Books
- Experience with online/web-based payment platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain approved fingerprinting and background check (CHRC) through the DOE
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate financial records for all High School activity accounts
- Collaboration with booster groups and district office staff regarding deposits and disbursements
- Provide guidance and support to K–8 school Administrative Assistants on activity account processes
- Oversee individual school bank accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Manage the district's Rev Trak web store, including posting payments to registration and tracking systems
- Reconcile receipts for School Nutrition, Adult Education and technology payments
- Prepare periodic and on-demand financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and records for annual financial audit
- Ensure adherence to all applicable State and Federal laws/regulations relating to school finance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
