Fleet Rental Manager

Milton CAT is looking for a proactive and analytical Rental Manager to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you’ll ensure the right equipment is available at the right location at the right time. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for logistics and operations, this role supports our mission to deliver unmatched service across the Northeast.

$115,000 to $130,000, plus up to 10% bonus potential.

• Rental fleet forecasting and roll‑in/roll‑out management to maintain optimal utilization.
• Lead process improvement projects to move toward a paperless rental solution and enhance overall fleet service management.
• Fleet service management including return to ready, repairs, and ensuring fleet availability.
• Lead management and governance tasks such as reservation management and tracking units on contract versus shipped status.

• Experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry is a strong plus, but not required – transferability will be trained.
• Strong CRM skills and comfort working in multiple systems.
• Exceptional communication, time‑management, and independent decision‑making skills with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
