ADUSA Procurement is a partner company to Ahold Delhaize USA, providing supply chain services that support the delivery of products from a supplier to the warehouse. ADUSA Procurement is part of the Ahold Delhaize USA family of brands, which also includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands – Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.
Responsibilities- Thought partner and/or lead across all brands on assortment, specs, supplier selection, packaging & supply chain implications, and Financials/Margin Management
- Understand and interpret basic Commodity Market impacts & other market influences and partner with the Commodity Strategists on relevant impacts to current contracts and/or upcoming events.
- Maintain market surveillance and develop plans to maintain and/or gain competitive advantages thru appropriate timing for execution and/or support of Sourcing events.
- Plan & execute RFPs
- Provide all necessary input for the preparation of Fresh contracts (MSAs, PLMSAs, CRCs, Schedules, etc.) & be accountable for the final documentation review/approval.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of the appointment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 2+ years of related Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience (preferred).
- Change Management, Project Management/Facilitation experience.
- Exposure to P&L management, language, etc.
- Mastery of Microsoft suite.
Location:
Scarborough, ME / Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560 (ME/NC/PA/SC); $86,320 - $129,480 (IL/MA/MD).
Eligible for incentive bonus based on company performance.
