As a Brand Ambassador your goal is to grow the presence of our brand portfolio in-store. You will work alongside a team of Brand Ambassadors that join us each summer to support our Retail Operations team. You will be partnered with a local Field Sales Representative to build brand awareness and interact with consumers.

In this role, you will:

• Get hands-on experience in Sales & Shopper Marketing to understand retailer & consumer behaviour
• Increase sales of our products through merchandising and couponing within your territory, stocking shelves, building displays, stock rotation, utilizing promotional material and tools
• Maintain and grow our shelf distribution and ensure correct in-store pricing
• Continuously maximize our in-store displays and product visibility
• Educate consumers and our retail customers about our brands and promotions
• Provide insights on consumer and customer response to drive business performance
• Building relationships at store level with both customers and consumers to capitalize on opportunities

This position is full-time, beginning in May through August and will cover the Scarborough or Richmond Hill area.

• Passion for customer service and interest in the retail/consumer packaged goods industry
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and light travel
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. You will be required to submit a Driver’s Abstract – we do offer mileage coverage
• Pursuing or have recently graduated from a University or College program
• An openness to learn and seek new challenges
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point

• Flexible hours suitable for a student schedule
• Experience in retail, sales and marketing

The starting range for this role is $21-$22/hr – or higher, depending on your experience.
