We have 3 locations to serve our customers and our goal is to remain the Pacific Northwest's Premier Auto Parts Supplier.

This person will learn each of the positions in the store to have an understanding of how to lead, help and encourage employees in those roles. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, organized and customer service focused to help successfully lead our team.

There will be a wide range of duties including customer service and inventory management, as well as opening and closing duties.

• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and some holidays.
• Must be capable of understanding and recognizing sequences of numbers and letters accurately.
• Must be computer literate, able to use programs like Excel, Word and Adobe and able to learn other internal programs.
• Must be able to count and handle money efficiently.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves, with use of step stool or ladder when necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass our insurance DMV check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test screening, including Marijuana.

• Prior employee management or Person-in-Charge responsibilities.
• Experience in or with the automotive industry.
• Cashiering or money handling.
