We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures. If you love scratch-made food, apply today!

• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety
• Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Develop key employees through feedback and training
• Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling procedures
• Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs
• Schedule staff and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
