About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Certified Preschool Teacher to join our school community. This role will begin as a floating assistant teacher for the 2025–2026 school year
, with the opportunity to transition into a lead teacher position based on experience and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• AMS/AMI Montessori Certification (ages 2.5–6) or another MACTE-accredited Montessori credential
• Minimum 3 years of classroom experience in a Montessori environment
• Genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
• Patience, compassion, and a nurturing approach
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed and comfortably sit on the floor with children
• Job Type: Full-time, Contract (September 1 – June 30)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Compensation: Based on experience and education
