We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Old Bridge, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
PositionAutomotive Alignment Technician
Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce tire wear and help serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, perform oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and carry out any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs for customers.
Responsibilities- Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
- Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
- Perform state-m mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
- Conduct additional automotive service or vehicle repairs as required.
- Uphold safety and quality standards in all work performed.

QualificationsTo be eligible for the position of Automotive Alignment Technician you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires, or equivalent education/training demonstrating the ability to perform the duties.
- Preferred: a state inspection license.
Active position requirements include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and performing repetitive movements related to vehicle and tire maintenance. Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
