Logistics Coordinator

Godbee Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will work directly alongside senior leadership, supporting day-to-day transportation operations while gaining hands‑on exposure to freight brokerage and supply chain management.

• Booking and dispatching loads
• Coordinating with carriers and drivers
• Managing shipment tracking and providing updates
• Communicating with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, and service issues
• Assisting with load coverage and sourcing capacity
• Handling documentation including rate confirmations, PODs, and invoices
• Supporting daily brokerage operations and problem resolution

Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to learn. If you are a go‑getter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, we can teach you the rest!

This role is designed as a career path, not just a job. The right candidate will receive training in freight brokerage sales, customer development, account management, and pricing strategy, with the opportunity to grow into a producing freight broker role.
