Operates special heavy equipment, such as Front-End Loader, Dozier, Excavators, and other mobile equipment in a safe and effective manner to achieve the goals stated at the initiation of each project by the manager overseeing the project. Incumbent must continually improve processes to effect safe, profitable and efficient use of corporate resources.

• Prepares heavy equipment by conducting operator inspections; performing preventive maintenance checks.
• Operate loader, dozier and other mobile equipment for the purpose of loading trucks, clean up, digging, as well as stockpiling bulk material. This position may also operate a tandem dump truck to move material.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Keeps heavy equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• 1 Year experience operating heavy equipment to include, Loaders, Dozers and Excavators.
• Flexible schedule; rotating shifts, days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to qualify for TWIC Card.

Pass Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
